Dragnet and SCC integration

Can Dragnet be used when Vault is used as a SCC provider in for instance Multi Edit ?
Or does Dragnet integration only functions when using the GUI Client ?

Dragnet integration works in both the GUI Client and in IDE integration with Visual Studio. It's not supported in other IDE's, like Multi-Edit.
