Cannot Get by Label in 4.1.2

Cannot Get by Label in 4.1.2
When attempting to get by label - selecting project file, showing history, selecting entry with label - the "Get" button is disabled so I am not able to retrieve files by label. Help "Get by Label" instructions say this feature should be available. Any ideas?
The Get label is greyed out because SOS is having a problem communicating with the VSS database. This could either be because of your version of VSS or because there is minor database corruption.
You could try the Hotfix version, though I had the same issue on my own SOS Server and database. I already had the Microsoft Hotfix version. I upgraded to the version of VSS that is in Microsoft Visual Studio Service Pack 6. Then it worked.
Or, you might first try running Analyze on your VSS database to eliminate any corruption. Here's information about Analyze:
