Why does the list of files flicker so much?

What version of Vault are you using? We've had a few reports of the file list flickering when returning focus to a file list with a scroll bar. Is this what you're seeing?

yes, the file list is flickering, but I am not sure of the focus issues. I can't quite pin down a firm cause. It seems to happen fairly randomly. Btw, this happens Windows 2000 machine.
