I have had several users complain that they loose their connection to vault while they are working remotely with Vault. They say (and I can confirm) that the VPN client never disconnects, only the Vault client does. Is there possibly some timeout that they could be hitting that I'm not aware of?
Problem here is I can not reliably reproduce this problem. But any ideas would be appreciated.
Disconnects while connected via VPN

I'll start with a few questions.
1. Does Vault give the Session Timeout error, or is it a different error?
2. Do they have to be idle for a time, or does this happen while they are working? If it happens on idle, how long does it take? Does it only happen at specific times of day?
3. Does it happen internally? If you open the Vault client on the Vault server machine, connecting to localhost, does that disconnect?
4. Is there anything in the Vault server log file that might shed some light on the problem? Are there lots of server restart messages?
