I went ahead and moved my Vault repository from one server to another. Both servers ran the website/services and hosted their own Sql Server instance.
I performed a backup of the sgvault database and restored it on the new server. I then ran the install for 3.1.2.
I updated my client to point to the new box and I attempted to check in a file. This resulted in an error (attached as client.txt).
The server log is also posted (attached as server.txt). It complains about:Could not create bubble folders
Please help - I need to have this new server up and running as the old box is being replaced this weekend.

Potential solution
I just re-applied service pack 4 for Sql Server and re-installed Vault.
I was able to commit a file - so I think I resolved this. I will update if any other errors come about.

Your log file shows this error:
In your case reapplying the SQL Server service pack may have fixed things. Let us know if you run into this problem again.
We had one other report of this error, but msxmlsql.dll is not a file that Vault uses. The error appears to be coming from SQL Server. The user who originally reported this error resolved the problem by reinstalling SQL Server and reinstalling Vault.Failed to load msxmlsql.dll
