Command Line: GET by date?

This one should be easy!

How would I extract a folder reflecting its state on a particular date with the command line?

You can use the GETVERSION command. You might need to use the Vault GUI Client to determine which folder version corresponds to the date you want. It's easiest to do this with Show History->View folder history by version.
