Is there a way to prevent someone from adding, deleting, checking in, checking out, or renaming files in a folder but still allow them to apply label the files? If so, how? If not, this would be a great new feature from our end.

If you don't want the user to have the ability to Check Out/Check In or Add/Rename/Delete folders, the only edit rights left is read. Read won't allow the user to apply a label.

I will add this as a feature request to be reviewed for a future release.
