I work with Chinese (Simplified) language files.
They display corrupted characters in the DiffMerge Tool.

Is DiffMerge Tool Chinese (Simplified) supported? (gb2312.so)

If you have the .so file, you can place it in C:\Program Files\SourceGear\Vault Client\iconv and then invoke the diff tool and see whether you can choose that encoding. I'm not sure if it will work, but it would be worth it to try.
