Get "error processing client message"

We are running V3.5.3. We had the sos server running on an NT 4.0 server. We moved it to a Win 2003 server. We had to get the msjava download to get it to run of course but the sos server is now running on the Win 2003 server. We have VSS 6.0d installed on the server. We did the registry patch you recommended regarding threading. But when a client tries to log in to the sos server it hangs and we get the "error processing client message" and then logging off NULL client in the sos server log.

The only way I have been able to get it to work is for the client to log into the NT 4.0 sos server with that server pointed to the Win 2003 servers VSS database using a domain login on a mapped drive. Not what I had in mind!

Any ideas would be appreciated!
