Branching

I am currently using Vault version 3.0.7. When branching all the files are updated with the current date and time. Is it possible to branch and maintain all the date and time stamps for all files in the new branch.

No, not currently. We do have a feature request logged to maintain the branched files' "modification" time after a branch. I'll add your vote.
