Feature idea: Track deletes and renames

Hi,
Using the FileSystemWatcher class I had an idea for a Vault feature:Can't Vault track rename and delete operations for the files that are under source control? In case a file gets deleted/renamed Vault could pop up a dialog and ask if it should do the same within Vault.
This might not be perfect but I think it could be a quite useful feature.

I could use a little clarification. If the name of the file in the working directory changes, you'd like the name of the corresponding file in the database to be renamed as well?

Yes. Exactly. I might make the user confirm that he really wants to rename/delete though.
