Server Error in '/VaultService' Application

When I attempt to browse to the
http://localhost/VaultService/VaultService.asmx
page to determine why I am getting an Unable to connect to VaultService
error
I get:
Object reference not set to an instance of an object
This started occurring when I upgraded to ver 3.1.0 (3494)

Any suggestions?

Not much to go on here. Is there any more to the error message? If you login with the GUI Client or Admin Tool, do you get a different error message?

Did you upgrade both client and Vault Server to Vault 3.1?

What version of .NET is installed on the Vault Server machine?

Do you have an sgvault.log file in the Vault server's %windir%\temp\sgvault directory?
