What version of Vault are you using?

At what point do you get this error?

I am also getting this error. It happens on startup. No UI is shown other than this error. The error happens on a Windows 2000 box (it has no service packs at all - basically brand new Windows 2000 box).

I've tried both 3.0.x and 3.1.x versions.

Install Windows 2000 Service Pack 4.

We'll update our system requirements to be more specific about this.
