V.Studio Integration 2.0, Choose Repository window hidden

I have noticed since release that in the Visual Studio IDE, when I go to load a solution, that it appears to hang if I click on another application (I have two monitors so I do that a lot). What is really hapenning is that the the dialog that asks us to choose the repository is not visible and not listed in the taskbar. If I alt-tab I do get to it and "unhang" the Vault connection process. Previously I forced quit Visual Studio.

You might want to alter this behavior in a later release.

Thanks for the report. We've had a couple other people report this as well, so we'll take a look into it.
