I have bought additional user licenses but still getting errors when trying to add a new user.

What version of Vault are you using?

What version serial numbers did you purchase? You can decode your serial numbers at this link:

I assume you have as many (or more) licenses than users. Try restarting IIS. It could be that old license information is cached and will be updated when you restart the server.

Why did the serial decoder say 10 user license rather than 20. I have purchased a total of 20 (just not at the same time). Thanks.

You may have another license somewhere, as you would have gotten a license for each time you purchased.
