SGDM.EXE - Unable to Locate Component

I have installed Vault Client on a Wndows XP machine. The user is a domain Admin. When she tries to do a Vault compare, she gets this error.

I re-installed Vault Client but I'm still getting this error.

Please advise.

The application has failed to start because MSVCR71.DLL was not found. Please try and reinstall the software.

If you can find the file in a different directory on the machine, you can copy that into the same directory as sgdm.exe.
