Install 3.0.7 not detecting .net 1.1 on Windows 2003 x64

Sorry if I am missing something here, but I have 1.1 installed and am using it to host web apps.. I also have 2.0 b2 installed in both 32 and 64 bit versions. I get an error saying that

"This program required that the Microsoft .NET Framework, version 1.1.4322, be installed."

Any suggestions?

Are you trying to install the Vault server or just the client?

What version(s) of the .NET framework are installed on the client machine?

Look in %windir%Microsoft.NET\Framework.
