Why files do not change status after update

Hello!
Please tell me why the files in the project after they are updated with 3.5 command line client are shown in GUI without any changes in status. The local date is changed -- the files are actually updated -- but the status remain unchanged.
Do I miss any relevant command line client or or GUI option?

What was the status before the update? And what was the status after the CLC ran?

Did the CLC get the files into the same working directory used by the SOS GUI Client?
