Urgent: Can't Connect to Vault Server

Hi,

OS Windows Server 2003

I had to rebuild my test server and backed up the database and restored for Vault 2.05. I then installed Vault Server 2.06 on my new test server. When I goto login to the admin tool or the client tool, I receive the error message: Unable to connect to service [URL], No Server was found at the specified url, Please verify your network settings using the Options dialog under the Tools menu. Web Exception: The Underlying connection was closed. An unexpected error occurred on receive. I have tried re-configuring the Tools -> Options settings for the proxy server to no avail. I am able to visit http://localhost/vaultservice.

Help, please!!! My source control has been down for two days.

Devon's machine wasn't set up to run ASP apps correctly. He uninstalled the .Net Framework, IIS, and Vault and then reinstalled them in the correct order. (IIS, then the framework, then Vault).

He's now up and running.
