Problem with built-in viewer in SOS while viewing files

The .bat files are being executed if no default editor has been set in SOS for "Viewing and Editing" files. No file (particularly .bat files) should ever be executed from SOS when user's request is only to view and edit them. If no editor is set, then the user should be prompted to set an editor from Tools>Options>External Programs
