Web-Interface: error with special characters.

making progress loading our backup into vault - not bad. Performance is nice.

Anyhow, I found an erro inthe web-interface.

We have some old projects in the archive that have special chars in their name. Like "#THONA". Thos works perfectly in the client et a- but the web-interface fucks up.

Basically, the name turns into "%23THONA". Now, %23 is the encoding for "'#", naturally, and in hyperlinks etc. this ,may be used. But at least in the presentation list (ShowFolder.aspx) the "%23" is pretty wrong.

Yes, I was able to reproduce this. It looks like we do need to escape special characters. I'll log a bug to fix this.
