Unable to LogOn to Vault

I am unable to logon to Vault Client or Admin tooll using my user account.

So I log on as Admin and when I click the Users tab, I don't see my domain account listed. So when I try and addit, it says its already there but it isn't!

Can you advise on what to check?

There is a checkbox on the users tab to show only active users. Uncheck this box, and you will see your account.
