Import Tool Error - Invalid OLEVERB structure

I was importing my VSS project into Vault and I got this error for several labels. Only a few came over to Vault.

What does this error mean and what can I do to try and get my lables over to Vault?

This error is due to a corrupted VSS database. Does Analyze find or fix the problem? Can you fetch that label in the VSS GUI?
