Unable to Connect

We have several developers using vault. One and only one developer located abroad is receiving the unable to conntact error messgage attached. Any suggestions?

We answered this off line. The user needed to make some changes in Vault client Options->Network settings.

Sometimes a client-side proxy is the cause of connection problems when a client can't connect, but other clients can.
