Lost Admin Password

We've managed to lose the Admin password on our Vault (3.0.2) server....

Is there a way we can reset or clear it out? Would a re-install do it? Would it mess up our repositories?

You should be able to uninstall the server and then reinstall it. The install process will prompt for the new admin password. Make sure that you choose to keep your repository when uninstalling and choose to keep it again when you're installing.
