Unknow Certificate

I am continually getting this warning message throught he command line.

Certificate Problem with accessing https://rnc_offsite.remotenet.com/VaultService/VaultService.asmx
Problem code 0x00000000, Unknown Certificate Problem.
Accepting Certificate despite problems.


I have added in the root CA as a trusted Certificate Authority.

Is there anyway to get rid of this, or fix it?
