Just upgraded from 2.0.6 to 3.0.2 and the system will not take our serial number.
Do we have to get a new code sent to us? Our development is now on hold because of this.

Your serial numbers can be upgraded at the following URL:

You will need your gold support serial numbers and the old Vault serial numbers when upgrading the serial numbers.
