When we check a file out, then modify the local file and check the file back in, the changes are reflected in vault but the remote file remains unmodified. What am I doing wrong?

Also we paid for Gold Support. How do I get access to that forum for priority support?

D Seitz and I spoke by phone and got the matter resolved.

He wanted files to update in a specific folder on the Vault Server. I pointed him to documentation about Shadow Folders.
