Upgrading to Vault 3.0.x -- compatible with VS2002.net??

Back with Vault 2.0, there was a special build of the Vault 2.0 IDE component for those folks still using VS2002.NET (which will only work with the 1.0 Framework).

Is there a similar special build of the Vault 3.0 IDE for that same reason?

Vault 3.x does not support integration with VS.NET 2002.
