SourceOffsite 352 Service terminates unexpectedly event 7031

we've got SourceOffsite Classic Server Manager Version 3.5.2 with cryptography installed on a Windows 2000 server with SP4 / Visual SourceSafe 6.0 and 12 remote users using either v3.5.2 or v3.5.3

The Server service terminates with the below Win2K error event 2 or 3 times a day...
