Moving project to another repository using SQL script

I would like to streamline some big repositories. You said that this feature will exist in Vault 4.

Could it be done on Vault Server 2.x, 3.x by doing the operation outside of Vault Admin tool? Doing manual steps such as executing SQL scripts, editing files, etc.

Sorry, there is no way to do this, and still maintain the integrity of your repositories. The database schema does not allow an file system object ( file or folder ) to exist in more than one repository. The implications of changing repositories will lead to other problems when viewing historical information in the "original" repository.

This is just one of the factors why the feature will take a some time to get correct.
