Using Rhapsody with vault

Hi,

We are using the modelling tool Rhapsody(http://www.ilogix.com) and connects to vault via SCC. We can't add files to Vault from the rhapsody client. Other functions we have used works.
We are able to open see the status/check out files if they have been added with the Vault Client.

Please help!
