SourceGear DiffMerge - Notice Target is Read-Only

I am getting the above message when i try to merge changes and it shows me the target file is readonly but its not i checkd out that file and also make sure that there is no readonly option for that file.

The problem is probably the default arguments sent to the diff tool. See http://support.sourcegear.com/viewtopic.php?t=2670 for directions on how to change this, or let us know if this is not the problem.
