vaultdemo.sourcegear.com out of licences

I was just about to try out Vault 2.0 on the demo server but it appears to be out of licences: "You have more active users than valid licenses. User accounts are disabled until the "admin" user deactivates some users".

Ouch. Time to write ourselves a check for more licenses

I'll reset this ASAP. In fact, it is probably time to clear out the whole database...
