End of stream reached while reading file part!

I tried branching a folder and the branch failed. Now, every time I try to connect to the repository, I get the above error. This is with 2.0.6 on server and client.

Did the branch take longer than 6 minutes? You may want to increase the SQLCommandTimeout within the server's configuration settings.

Getting back to the error, is there anything in the server's log which gives a more detailed description of the problem?
