Suddenly we can not Check In and Operation Time Out

We use Vault Professional,
for months we use it and very fine we can do check in check out for every repository that we make.
but since yesterday, every time we make a change for a file or add new file and than we check in, it took long time then Operation Time Out.
it said

Code: Select all

"Uploading for item $/xxx failed, retrying... "

then operation time out.

Working with end user via email. Will post resolution once one has been found.

Customer reported that the problem has resolved and was likely a network issue.
