LISTLABEL vault.exe CLI command

Dear Vault Support Team, it would be useful to have a LISTLABEL vault.exe CLI command added that would enable one to see the list of labels applied to or inherited by a given repository folder as well as an option to see if a specific label exists for the given folder. I am in the process of writing some automated software to import and then apply product release labels, but it would be useful to know in advance whether such a label already exists.
Just a suggestion for future releases.
