Shared files stuck in pending change set

Hi,
A colleague of mine shared some graphics to another folder (right click, Share). Now some of the shared files are in his pending change set and cannot be removed. Do you have any idea what causes this? How can we remove them from the pending change window?

What happens when the user tries to undo the share from his Pending Changeset dialog? Does he receive an error? Is he trying to undo all of them or is hey performing the undo operation one at a time?
