Logging into Vault with SSL checked

From the Vault 3.0 Client, I can connect and everything is good. When I try to connect with the SSL checkbox enabled, I get the message:

Unable to connect to https://victory.lmi-tech.com/VaultService. No server was found at the specified URL. Please verify your network settings using the Options dialog under the Tools menu in the Vault GUI Client. Web Exception: The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found.

I guess I have to configure IIS 5.0 in some way to enable SSL so the "https" works? How do I do this?
