Making a user "admin" on one repository

If I have 3 repository and need to make one user an admin on one of the repository, can I do that or the user will be an admin to all 3 repository?

Sorry - Vault isn't designed that way right now - an admin has admin rights on all repositories. I'll add your "vote" to this feature request though.
