Feature request: access External tools from within DiffMerge

I would love to have a drop down menu with the configured "External tools" to quickly fire up one of them using the current files.

Currently the external tools feature is only available during startup, and only one external tool option is provided (per file extension type). Sometimes I want different tools for the same file type.

In some cases I want to sort xml nodes before doing the diff. I have already written a small app that will sort the files and save them, but being able to fire it up from a menu would save me some hassle.
