Source off site 5.0.3 client connection

Hi,

I'm testing a connection for a user and I get the following when trying to connect to the SOS server:
" ** The network connection to the server was closed ** "

Does this mean I have no access to any VSS DBs or is this another issue in SOS?

Are other users able to connect and just one user cannot, or are all users unable to connect?

I wouldn't normally expect an error related to the network connection to be thrown over access to the VSS database.
