Rulesets - new options for "Lines to Omit"

I could really use a "heads or tails" exclusion capability. For example, when comparing ".aspx" files, I would like to be able to skip line 1. I can't find a way to do that.

The only way to skip line one is to use a particular character sequence on line one. If that's an option for you, then just start line one with that particular character sequence, and then add that character sequence into the ruleset(s) being used under Lines to Omit. You might also need to set the same setting under the Default Ruleset.
