Server Fails to start listening

Have upgraded to W2K3 server and SOS 4.0.2, but are unable to connect. The log says:

11/11/2004 3:06:42 PM - Failed to start listening on port 8888 - Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted

What can I do to fix this?

Something else on the machine is using port 8888 and causing a conflict. Do you still have SOS 3.5.3 running on that machine? If so, stop the service. You may need to reboot the machine to free up the port or use a different port for SOS 4.0. The default ports for SOS 4.0 are 8080 and 8081.
