Project Folders are not appearing in SourceOffsite 5.0.3

I can successfully connect to the server but not able to see the project folders in left hand side pane.

It might be some kind of caching issue. Can you try to clear your client-side cache?

Shut down the SOS client.

Go to your local app data settings on the SOS client machine (locations vary by system). If you see any database files ending in .sos, move or delete them.

Re-attempt the SourceOffSite client, and SOS should rebuild those files.
