Confusing use of "Add" button

Bug report for Dragnet

OS: Windows XP Professional
Browser: Firefox 1.0 Preview Release
Windows XP Locale: DE (Germany)

1. Go to "Item Tracking" screeen
2. Click "Add" to make a new bug.
3. Enter bug information
4. "Add" option now looks like a button to submit the form.
5. Click "Add", and all form information is removed
6. Clicking browser's back button doesn't restore the information

In effect, when already in the "Add Item" screen, the "Add" button works as a non-undoable form reset.

(BTW: This is a frustrating thing to discover after completing all input fields for a bug report)

Every form has a submit button at the bottom of the form. The menu on the side is for navigation only.

I will add a feature request to make the selected menu items look less like buttons.
