Unshelve

When I click on the "Unshelve" button in Pending Change Set or "View Shelved Changes" from the View menu,
I get the error :
Server did not recognize the value of HTTP Header SOAPAction: http://www.sourcegear.com/schemas/vault ... etUserList.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try making a shelve. Check out any file, add any change such as a comment and then shelve it. You can allow Vault to undo the check out and the changes in your working folder.

Then try performing an unshelve on what you want to unshelve. Does it work then?

That's what I did. I checked out a file, made a change, shelved it, then tried to unshelve it, that's when I got the error.

Is the file you shelved shared anywhere?

Can you send me your Vault Server Log and your Vault client log? The client log is found on your machine at %temp%\VaultGUIclient.txt., and the server log is on the server machine at %windir%\temp\sgvault\sgvault.log. You can either post them here or email them to support at sourcegear.com with a link to this forum thread.

Can you open your Vault client, fully login to your repository, go to Help - Technical Support and copy the information from there in your next post? You don't need to include the license counts. What I'm looking for are the client/server versions and what operating systems and SQL version is involved. I think I know what this is, and this information will confirm if I'm correct or not.

Thanks. This fits with what I suspected. This was something specifically seen only when using a Vault 7.2.1 client against a Vault 7.1.0 server. If you upgrade your Vault server to version 7.2.1, you should be fine.
