Hello,
I am having problem starting Vault, I am getting error that you can see in the attachment "Vault". I tried to uninstall it but I am getting an error saying that side by side installation configuration is not correct, please check the attachment "Vault side-by-side installation". I can't run it, repair it, or uninstall it, there is always that side by side error. How to get out of this loop, fix it or uninstall it and make a fresh installation?
Version is VaultClient_5_1_2_19281.

Do you have any errors in your Event Viewer logs that happen when you try to open Vault?
Do you have any versions of Visual Studio installed on this machine?
What is the OS on this machine?

I don't have rights to access Event Viewer, it is a companies computer.
Windows 7 is the OS.
Visual Studio 2010 that came in with SQL Server.

Did Vault get installed twice? By that I mean did an administrator install Vault while logged in under their account, and then you install Vault while logged in under your account?
I think we'll need to perform a manual uninstall and then reinstall. Do you have rights to install software on this machine?

Email received. Sometime appears to be wrong with the VS registry keys, but can't track down what is missing.
