Hello,
when I perform the "get latest version" into my working folder, all files are disappeared from the corresponding repository folder in the client, but when I remove the working folder association, the files are shown again in the client folder, what's the problem, please help me. Thanks a lot.
by the way, I use the 5.1.1 sourcegear vault client.
Best Regards,

After you perform a Get, what does the status at the bottom-left say?
Can you send me or post your Vault client log? That is found at %temp%\VaultGUIclient.txt. If you post it, you'll be able to remove it later. If you email it, send it to support at sourcegear.com.

Re: files are not shown in client after getting latest versi
Hello, the problem was solved, the options seems to be set wrong in my vault client. After I unchecked the option "Show non-version-controlled files ghosted in file list" and "Show non-version-controlled folders ghosted in folder tree", the files were visible in the repository folder again.
Thanks anyway.

Thanks for the update.
Had you ever used the Vault Export/Import tool on the data that is in the tree that disappears? This would tell me if this is possibly similar to one other case.

No, I didn't use it.

Thanks. I hadn't seen this behavior in Vault, but I'll keep an eye out for any other users reporting the same issue.
