Send Keep alive is not working

Hi
I had to create a new key as our server has changed. The connection before was kept alive all the time. Now I am loosing connection very often It was set to keep-alive every 2 minutes. That should be enough?

You might try a lower keep-alive setting just to see if that helps.

Check the SourceOffSite server log for errors and post any you see here. The log file is called log.txt and is found in the same directory SourceOffSite was installed to.

It's possible that the new server has some setting that is causing it to drop the connection. Is the old server still around so that you can compare the servers?
